Project HAARP: In the 1980s, at the height of the Cold War, the U.S. military began experimenting with a wireless technology that proven way has an influence on the human brain. Officially have those experiments in Germany never happened until some young people witnessed strange phenomena  in the Palatinate Forest: Wrapped and full of expectations, Daniel, Thomas, Elli and Jessi make a geocache treasure hunt: When they arrive at a spooky abandoned campsite, weird things start to happen to them. Suddenly, a mysterious man appears in black radiation suit: Is he the only ally of the young people or a dangerous psychopath who lures innocent teenager into the trap? As night falls, a rollicking adventure trip has become a thriling fight to life and dead.
